By shipping directly from the heart of the production and storage site, we ensure that you receive the latest hardware revisions and that each product undergoes a final quality check before leaving the facility.
Shipping Destinations, Methods, and Costs
Available shipping destinations, methods, and charges are displayed at checkout. For deliveries within Europe, we generally partner with DHL and specialized freight carriers for heavy equipment.
Professional Packaging and Handling
Standard Items: Smaller products and accessories are shipped in their original reinforced cardboard packaging, designed to withstand standard courier transit.
Large Items (Rig Components/Seats): To prevent mechanical damage, larger items are secured on half-pallets. When you order multiple items, we optimize the pallet space to reduce your shipping costs while strictly adhering to carrier safety regulations.
Heavy-Duty Motion Systems: Our largest and heaviest products (QS-S25, QS-V20, and QS-S35) are shipped in custom-built wooden crates. These crates provide the ultimate protection against shocks and tilting during transport and are handled by specialized freight services.
Order Processing Times
We process orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland).
- In-stock items: Typically prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Pre-order items: The estimated timeframe is shown on the product page. Once available, they follow the standard 1–2 day dispatch rule.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times apply from the moment the carrier collects the shipment:
- Poland / EU : Usually 1-2 business day after dispatch.
- Europe (Standard): Usually 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
- Europe (Freight/Crates): Heavy-duty systems may take slightly longer due to specialized handling. Goods will be delivered without undue delay and no later than 7 days from the contract conclusion, unless a specific longer timeframe is agreed upon for pre-orders.
Tracking and Confirmation
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:
- The carrier name and tracking link/number.
- Specific shipment details for palletized or crated goods.
Shipping Address and Redirects
Please ensure your address is accurate. We can only modify the shipping address before dispatch. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, additional re-dispatch charges may apply.
Delays and Force Majeure
While we strive for punctuality, delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, or public holidays. In the event of a significant delay, we will proactively contact you to provide updates.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
Important: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage to the packaging (especially to wooden crates or pallets), please note this with the courier upon signing. If items are damaged or missing, contact us at contact@apexone.shop with your order number and photos. This policy does not limit your statutory rights regarding non-conforming goods.
